There’s still some interesting stuff about, you’ve just got to know where to look 😀
Ah now if we are talking of Harriers as being Warbirds, I had seen the display many times before and thought ‘thats impressive’ however the first time I saw the special display they put on at seaside venues I was very suprised at it’s finale

Thanks for that, I was refering to Elstree in general as I understand this is where Spencer based his aircraft at one point.

Don’t knock it, never did me any harm 😉
Seriously though it’s not a bad idea, I think Hawker Restorations / AJD were looking to do something along those lines this year allowing people the opportunity to learn the techniques involved in WW1 restoration, can’t see any of these type of courses being cheap though.
Just to change the subject slightly, has Elstree changed in the last 20 years or so? It looked a bit short with some trees at at least one of it’s ends when I flew over today.
I thought that went in the week, this sounds like another container

Don’t be so hard on the poor Stearman, wonderful aircraft, mind you it must take some strong tape to be able to fly one whilst wearing a wig 😀
P38?
Single Seater, No markings, widely reported as coming to the UK
I’m with Moggy on this, Tornado, pah, best use for it is de icing the runway so the real aircraft can fly 😉
Oh is that what you were messing about at today?
As I said before, Well Done!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
