    Doesn’t look as though the Allison is attached to the mount, certainly looks like an Allison Mustang mount.

    The OFMC Mustang wore Australian markings, Old Crow (N167F) wore RAF markings for a season in the early 90s

    They must be the Tigercat P&W 2800’s then. I couldn’t see the number in the first image.

    Or Thunderbolt, Corsair, Hellcat, Bearcat…

    In the early 1990s there was a replica Avro 504 built that was exhibited at Duxford. Does anyone know where that was built?

    I am aware of one (G-ECKE) which was at Duxford in the late 90s early 00s built by AJD Engineering it was exported to New Zealand in 2002 and was later damaged by a tree.

    joined at different times during the exhibition’s career by the SPAD belonging to Louis Bleriot III

    Whatever happened to that SPAD, I remember it arriving and I watched it leave, but for the life of me cant remember where it ended up.
