did it use reverse thrust on landing?
I take it you mean A330?
If so, its not entirely certain. Airbus are under the impression that new engines, modified wings and a few internal changes will be enough.
That what boeing did to the 737 and thats held its own quite nicely.
It could work with the A350, but it will still be heavier than the 787 and right now its targetted more at EK than anything else.
No i do mean the sucessor to the A320, which is a rumour doing the rounds at the moment

At the end of the day, im sure the finished article will look better in the flesh so to speak than an artists drawing

Does the A320 need to be updated completely, or is it just going to be a midlife upgrade like improved aerodynamics and weight saving, new onboard systems to cut down on maitenance time etc etc?
Wish Airbus had got better music to with the live feed, it’s depressing

Really? That’d be much needed good news for Airbus. I was starting to think they should scrap the project and concentrate instead in a successor for the A320…
Thats what Mr Forgeard said on CNBC Morning Squark Box, dont know if its PR BS hitting back at boeing mega orders from AC and AI over the last week

It was an impressive performance, The british Reserve test pilot was doing the rounds, from BBC to SKY to CNBCEurope to CNN.
Heck even CNN broke off from there world sports desk to show the test flight, CNBC has the the president of Boeing UK Sir John somebody or other, and an interview with Noel Forgeard later.
Mr Forgeard was quoted saying he expects to announce firm orders for at least 100 A350 aircraft for the paris airshow, and 150 firm orders by christmas

You have all got too much spare time!

Ohh my Goodness, It looks like a 777 going through a midlife crisis and gained a few pounds round the waist, like my mum!
