Although it does lead to a few extra problems. The BA 767 fleet is being fiendishly unreliable at the moment.

Although its perfectly safe,and this is no dirogatory comments towards BA and there engineering staff,but hearing that the 767 fleet is being troublesome,is not the kind of thing people want here or think about

Have to agree with you their Danairboy,it doesnt look to brilliant,hopefully it should be replaced with a bright shiney new 738 in the near future.

This is gonna sound stupid,but probably one reason boiled sweets are no longer served is because of todays very “sue”(sp?) happy culture, fall over a tear a ligament in your knee and you get £2000+, perhaps airlines dont want to be in court over somebody choking on a boiled sweet and recieve bad publicity from such an event.

i went to a boiled sweet company near to were i live,and the MD told me that every box of 5000 sweets cost’s him £3 to produce, which on an airline you couldnt buy a G&T for!

Or you could be 6ft9″ tall,have a letter from your GP,saying how uncomfy it would be for you in economy seating,and recommending a seat with extra leg room

sheesh….Personal Tv’s havent been in service that long…Swissair was the first in 1998 in First/Business class…its only been over the last couple of years that they have been accomodated in Economy/Cattle class.
