    Here’s a pic from google earth to help anyone who’s interested(very crude i know 😮 )

Basically it just shows that the spot where you can see over the fence is a bit further down the road from the well known spot.

I’ve just got my first digital photo of EI-CSC last thursday(31st),after waiting since january 2004,which was the last time i got a photo!.I’ve noticed the same group of ryr 737’s hang around for a week or two at a time & then are replaced,at least here in dublin. So be patient as eventually EI-CSC will turn up 😉

It all depends on the power to weight ratio of each aircraft, the A321’s max weight is around 83 tons & is powered by engines around the 30,000 pound of thrust mark,so that’s about 1383 pounds of thrust per ton.The 757’s max weight is 113.395 tons & has two 37,000 pound engines. So the 757 has 1540 pounds of thrust per ton,so in theory the 757 should be a bit quicker down the runway.(Figures from commercial aircaft & airliners).

Delta only have 212 in the 763ER’s,in a two class layout. There are different door configs that govern how many seats they can have.Thomsonfly have 4 large doors(on each side) allowing a greater number to be seated. For safety those sort of doors are required as a greater number of people can get out throught the standard sized doors.Delta and many others only have three large doors(on each side) & one over wing exit(like the 737 type).American have even less with only two large doors & two over wing exits on each side.

The US 767 is a -200ER model, was surprised to see it thought US were using 757’s for the rest of the summer.

Me too,it’s great!.From the long stay car park all the way up to the start of runway 10,there’s a long hill where you can choose whatever spot you like, bit of a hike from the terminal though 🙁

I didn’t know that was the case with Nikon DSLR’s,i knew that canon did though,i was also wondering about the pixel count, the fuji S9500 has 9 megapxls & the D50 6megapxls,but which would be a better camera.I’ve searched jp.net for each different camera,& the S9500 seems to suffer from noise, where as the D50 shots seem that bit sharper. They’re both of similar price,so i’m at a cross roads
