    Howdy,

The fact is, the Irish economy has gone from being a pathetic joke to Europe’s Tiger in less than 20 years. At first thought, you think its a joke, but when you think how dynamic the Irish economy has become, this flight makes perfect sense.

Yes its stronger than it was but I would not go as far as saying it was Europes “Tiger” (which by i assume you mean premier). I doubt most people think of the Irish or their Economy as a Yoke but hey maybe the Yanks do!

Good news for Dublin. Could this potentially encourage Emirates to come in? Maybe if Emirates (or indeed Gulf Air in the future) did a ME -> DUB – > SNN -> ME service that could get them a few more passengers? Stopping at SNN is usually profitable for a wide host of airlines!

    Mark L,
What security was this? Going through to departures or at the entrance hall?

I believed in the beginging but using the phrase “URGENTLY” when asking for aircraft does not inspire me with confidence!

Great shots, as most people know I rather like the biz jets, being as I am so close to Farnborough.

Don’t get me wrong Dublin is a nice place, but there are other nice parts of Ireland where you can visit for just the same price (Galway, Kerry, Waterford, Shannon, Cork, the list goes on).

    Flex 35

I would very very very very very strongly you to not visit Kerry as its airport is a shed, literally! They charge you tax for deporting of i think its €5 based on last trip and the airport fire engine is a tractor and trailer with equipment on it from what i saw! The airport is not that close to main towns etc and has about 2 flights a day! Same goes for Knock but better terminal and more flights. At Knock you have to drive a long way up a big hill to get to the airport!

T5, from what ive seen plan with FIA2006 is a B777 and A346 and A380 will be in a sort of U shape pen and will each taxi out for their displays but whilst static letting people up as close as possible without having to move the barriers.

Ahh right sorry missed 737 called V1. Do with the extra time speeding up on runway whilst the EIN took off the 737 would be a bit above V1 so would have to have taken off! I get it now lol!
