Great to hear that you had a good holiday and even better to see such amazing photos. Nice to an Air Portugal A340, not something I’ve ever seen in the flesh.
Welcome back anyhow! 🙂
I would say more on the number of passengers handled annually?
Always like the China Airlines colour scheme. Excellent photos. 😀
Excellent report, paulc 🙂
Sounds like an airport to be added to my list of places to go. I’d love to take an airside tour.
Any chance of seeing your photographs?
No doubt about it, its the iFDG A320 family series!
Followed v v closely by the Meljet B777
Have to agree on the MelJet 777s. I’ve got a couple for FS2002.
Excellent stuff.
I’m hoping to book up with germanwings in the next week or two to spend two or three nights in Cologne. Should be a cheap trip with flights costing as little as £30 return (from London-Gatwick) and a 4/5* hotel costing just £11 per room per night.
Amazing photo 😀
1) What is your favourite smell/scent and why?
I love nothing more than the smell of eucalyptus
2) If you could be really good at only one thing, what would it be and why?
I think I’d like to be a bi-lingual. Being fluent in loads of languages would be great!
3) Would you cheat if you knew you wouldn’t get caught?
Wouldn’t everyone?
4) If you could read the mind of someone famous, who would it be?
Nobody springs to mind…?
Excellent shots… well done!
I also hear that SE Asia has a rainy season but don’t worry as it’s nothing more than a light drizzle.
August/September is the wettest time of the year for Thailand. Even when I was there back in July 2003, it rained at least every other day very heavily!
I also noticed that an Excel Airways service departed some 10 hours late this morning! 😮
I think that is one he has made himself.
Ah right… silly me :p
Does it really matter how much people have donated???
I think so, yes.
Where are you getting that one from?
This is what the airline say about their logo:
THAI’s distinctive livery incorporates the colours associated with Thailand: the shining gold found in its temples, the magenta of its shimmering silks and the rich purples of its orchids. Our logo has been likened to an orchid but is simply a symbol meant to convey the essence of Thailand; its soft, curving lines combined with a speed line suggest effortless flight.
C’mon now Micheal are you suggesting you only indulge in your hobby at London Airport ? I’ve seen you travel all over the place to see planes. MAN’s hardly hard to get to from your neck of the woods is it ? 😀
Everyone clearly feels so strongly about my comments, but nobody seems to be revealing how much they have donated towards the project… or if they have even bothered to donate themselves.
Am I the only one who hasn’t donated and is happy to admit it?
Rather cold statement.
What about the countless others that will benefit. The needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few 😉
Okay, so how much do you think is an acceptable donation? How much did you donate yourself?
