It’s shít – excuse the language.

One thing that really stresses me out is public transport. I have to use it 6 out of 7 days a week and its most of the time, running very late, or not running at all, following a cancellation.

I used to use trains all the time but have since started to use buses as I hoped their service would be more reliable. Not really the case though. Although I’ve not used a train for about 2 months now, I’m starting to dread it. Buses are never on time, not even on a Sunday morning when there is no traffic on the roads!

Air NZ was OK too, apart that the movies were projected on a big screen (fortunately I wasn’t too far). For the food, well, we asked if there was much curry in the fish they served, and they said “no”. Then, i’d like to know what “much curry is”, because my mouth is still burning 😉 Else, crews were very friendly on both flights, and service very good. More in one week about the return flights.

Great photographs. I really like the BA 757. I don’t suppose you got any Thai 744s at all? Not a common sight on the forums.

Sorry, I wasn’t aiming that remark at you, but NATS. It should be a happy ending and everyone should live happily ever after. As long as you can show calculations, then you pass.

Apparently, only 5% of applicants get into the Air Traffic Control industry. But if you pursue it, best of luck.

Brilliant photographs. I also photographed that same ANA 747-400 as it arrived at Heathrow. It can be seen along with a couple of other shots from the day on http://www.myaviation.net/ and select my name from the drop down menu. Sadly, the quality is bad due to compression.
