That was the best in the series in my opinion. A very sad story to hear that 45 of those killed (more than half) were children aged between 9 and 15.

A very interesting episode and I feel so sorry for the ATController who tried so hard to make it all work out on that tragic night.

It’s a great colour scheme, certainly a “loud” one, too. But it’s one that I’m quite fond of.

This thread was about RYANAIR NEWS. If you want to bash Ryanair, fine – go and set up your own “anti-Ryanair” forum, otherwise just pipe down.

When you’re a moderator and have been using the forum as long as I have, I might pay some attention to your pointless posts.

We’re meant to be talking about aviation, not each other.

I am, as you pointed out, free to air my opinions. I do not need people like yourself telling me what I can and can’t say here. Also, whre I should go if I want to speak like that. If such things aren’t said, the forum would be incredibly dull. If I did not say that, this topic would no doubt be dead by now. Topics which only last for a day are two are tedious. However, ongoing topics are always good fun and my reply was in response to someone who said that Girona was called Barcelona-Girona.

If you’re going to play Mr. Moderator and lay down the rules for us, I want you to do the following.

    * Since I was not allowed to go off topic because this was a Ryanair News topic – give LBARULES a good telling off. In all fairness, he was the first person to talk about Ryanair calling Girona, Barcelona.

    * Secondly, I must let people make up their own minds. Then what is Saab 2000 doing? “You’ve got to admire Ryanair…” Err. no, not quite. I’ll make up own mind.

No offence to the two mentioned, but a fair point, I’m sure you’ll agree.

Never again do you tell me what I can and cannot say on a forum I have been using for almost 2 years, considerably longer than you. You cannot expect just to come in and be the “control freak” who constantly wants things their own way.

Surely the situation can’t be made any worse. The worst has already happened and the picture card has been confiscated and destroyed.

You can question why this was the case, I’m sure. It’s not illegal to take these cards into the USA, so why was it done?

    Decisions decisions!

I’d go for the 2 hour return flight. I think the 3 return trips each day would probably kill me. However, lots of landings and takeoffs to enjoy.

Ah yes, but this bus will cost some money, possibly even as much as the £30 flight that the passengers are on.

And Ryanair will be working with the bus company. By throwing business its way, they are going to want commission. So it seems fair, but really it’s not.

I’m not religious at all and I do not believe any of the stories I heard in R.E. lessons at primary and secondary school. It bugged me really. If I didn’t believe in it, then why should I have to study it.

We all know that walking on water and rising from the dead is impossible, so why does everyone assume that a guy named Jesus done it?

NOTE: This post is not meant to cause any offence to anyone religious. Please accept it as being just an opinion.

Well, if you would have seen it earlier on, you’ll have noticed that when that guy was running from the estranged Army soldiers, he saw a commercial jet pass overhead, suggesting that there was life outside the UK and that other countries may not have been infected by the virus.

Just another of the DVDs in my Thai DVD collection! A most enjoyable film, one that I would recommend.

When on me holiday, I visited no less than 5 different Internet cafes and 2 or 3 of them had this exact problem. I logged on and got the…

“Thank you for logging in, T5”

…message. However, upon wanting to post, I had to log in again and again, having no luck whatsoever. You should consider yourself lucky that you can post, even if it is such a lengthy process. 🙂
