Ryanair? No chance!

Is this a new craze or something for larger carriers to start up lo-cost airlines?

It’s probably the only money-making chance any of them have left and I say good luck to Ryanair because I don’t think they stand a chance against the German Giant!

Lufthansa new Lufthansa Light may be a tad more expensive but I think some would rather pay that extra… don’t you?

I’d be more than happy to get some stuff or should I say ‘attempt’ to get some stuff for anyone who wants it. I would have to limit what I bring back because in the unlikely event that I am stoped passing through LGW Customs, I don’t want to be caught with a rucksack full of safety cardm in-flight magazines, cutlery etc!!

You don’t want to end up like those Britons arrested out that way last year some time! Taking pictures at an airport because they have a soft spot for commercial/military aviation and then they get slung in prison for being spies!

Taking pictures through windows in my opinion is just the absolute best. It gives us the passenger’s point of view which I think is very classy, the way you look over the wing.

What on earth is this topic still doing on the first page of the forum? Can we not just let it go?! We are all entitled to opinions and we all have them and if people cannot accept what someone else thinks, they should just grow up… this is an aviation forum, not one for those you want to argue constantly.

so, if it’s a 757, you’ve got a two in seventeen chance of it being a 753, but I think it’s safe to say that it’s going to be a 752. Then again, it could be an A320… yippee!!

The person who even thought up the idea of a double decker aircraft should have his/her head examined. It is a completely crazy idea (in my opinion, anyway) and I think this is just a really dangerous experiemnt where we (the general public) are being used as little guinea pigs.

Hi,

Probably not much use but I been doing some research. There doesn’t appear to be an airline named Flying Eagle – someone please correct me if I’m wrong.

The closest match was Flying Enterprise and I haven’t a clue where they go to, but you may want to check the tickets and see.

The captain should be praised for his work landing the aircraft. It’s a good job it didn’t happen earlier in the flight because it could have been tragic.
