Btw, there was a very interesting “diamond” sentence in last Air & Cosmos. Interviewing an IAI top official about Heron TP. The guy saic that “francization” of Israeli stuff is commonly mastered by IAI, “As testimonied by the input of israeli parts in indian rafales, required by the customer“.

Agree on avionics software, specially about ECCM on radar, that will avoid another “joint warrior” ;). Although i am still dubious abour storm shadow integration despite natmakepeace insurances gave me. Considering the 1000 bombs release pictures ive seen from EdA, 1300 kgs missil release will be sport at least!

Comparing TRAGEDAC and MADL is like comparing a boat to an olive tree, two entirely diferent things.
MADL is a data link, TRAGEDAC is a development program that aims to improve passive detection ranges and acuracy through the exchange of data from different aircrafts through link 16.

Agree on the Link16 point, the rest is far more complicated. The exchange of data is meant to be exchange of data from sensors afaik. Question was about resulting capabilities, not datalink used. And its consequences.
