Wonder if there was a ‘short but vigorous debrief’ with the formation leader, as with the Fairford MiGs? (allegedly) :-))
No reply from Scott at WIX so far, but others who have had the same problem have said that a change of DNS has worked, for what it’s worth. (Whatever that is!) VPN works for me.
Same here, I’ve got round it by using a VPN address in US. I assumed it was just me but I’ll put a post up to let Scott know it’s a UK problem.

I’m sure I remember an eminent Typhoon/Tempest historian telling me that originally there were about a dozen aircraft discovered in the Indian cache, but the buyer only wanted half that number and had the remainder scrapped…
Thank you John, it’s good to hear 1st hand unfiltered info. In the media over here it would be ‘Spitfire fighter jet smashes into ground, narrowly missing school party in nearby town.’ Glad Mr Sessions is ok, metal (and wood) can be fixed given time and money.
Thanks Geoff – nice to see they didn’t call it a fighter jet and use footage of Spitfires and Mustangs!
The BBC say that an ordnance disposal team were checking the area for UXB when they found the Hurris, it wasn’t hobby detectorists on a search.

I don’t believe it!
Yep, works now, thank you Viscount. Reminds me of the wooden flying boat nose I used to pass on the way to school in Fareham, being used as a garden shed! It was rescued some time later but can’t remember where it ended up, maybe Solent Sky?
‘Image not found or was removed’ is all I get…
Documentary about the NASA lifting body research mentioned by Oracal. If you’re old enough to remember The Six Million Dollar Man TV series, Steve Austin was supposed to have had his terrible crash in one. Hmmm – if he was rebuilt, is he a replica or original? :-p
