    Sums it up really.

    A lot of forum members put a lot into a thread just to see it removed.

    A lot of forum members will now think twice before committing time and energy into something that gets screwed up and thrown in the bin.

    planemike……..it is frequented by a number of individuals who are very knowledgeable and in many cases willing to share their knowledge…….

    As recently as Thursday I joined ’12 oclock high’ and feel comfortable scrolling through it all. Mainly WWII but well hooked up.

    I equally wondered how long it would take before someone opened a new one.

    Please, leave it alone for now; the last thread was heading downwards rapidly – I had no choice but to pull it.

    This thread is/was an emotive subject and is not likely to go away.

    How will we know the outcome Monday?

    Why don’t the moderators moderate? we’ve seen it done well in the past, what’s changed? Pulling this thread was not the answer.
