    Sorry Tony, it was me.

Put a top bid of 1.5, never thought I’d get her.

At least she will end up in a nice warm building.

    Canopy perspex already in hand.

Not that I’ve ever seen lobster at an air show come to think of it.

Nor me, however,……………seen plenty of crabs.

    Baz,

So this ‘charity’ that intends to distribute plastic replica Spitfires across the globe bought with donated money, is managed by somebody who makes a living building plastic replica Spitfires?

    Moggy

All being stage managed by the same man, whether or not he makes a living at it, I really don’t know………we’re no longer communicating.

Baz, the guy who you caught trespassing on your property wouldn’t by any chance, have any involvement with the manufacture of replica Spitfires would he?

    Just asking.

    Moggy

    Yes. At Roche in Cornwall.

( However, nothing to do with Gateguards, at Newquay Airport (except for ‘borrowing’ their molds)

Just to further my outraged sensitivity (or the cause), earlier this year I found this man sneaking around my Spitfire on (my) private land with his friend taking photographs, without permission.

    For this article:

Is there really no limit to the outraged sensitivity of some people ?

    No, not really.

I think the SHT (As opposed to the totally admirable Spitfire Society who just have some (Linked?) personnel issues) is now so discredited that if they crawled on bended knee to Key’s publishers they couldn’t get my cat banned.

    Moggy

I dislike them equally, even though the SHT has been kicked out of the Spitfire society, I witnessed first hand some of the lying and skullduggery involved.

Anyway, I banned members of both organisations from entering my garden to take photos of my Spitfire and jolly satisfying its been this summer.

    I hate being lied to.

I believe the SHT has been kicked out of Perranporth airfield after their abortive attempt to buy it fell through.

There is a rumor that the current owner has just put the hangarage fees up to £500 a month to clear out aviation and shut the airfield down. (that was Friday afternoon) Somebody on here may know more on this, or dispel it as tosh. What we need down here in Cornwall is another wind farm or solar farm.:dev2:
