If I was to put my suspicious head on for a moment.
1. The paper is in remarkable condition for 70 years old.
2. It looks photocopy as there is no typewriter strike damage and the typed ink shines the same as the background paper.
3. There appears to be photocopying evidence to the left side upper edge which may indicate the original report size.
4. Signature doesn’t match

7. Start bid price was only 99p, most other junk he is selling starts at £4 or more, guess he didn’t think it worth anything either.
Wouldn’t pay more than 8p for it.
