I think considering CY current financial difficulties, they would have done better keeping those A310s which were ideally suited to their routes capacity and range wise.

The added expense, capacity and range of the 330 was unjustified. Bad move!

Second thoughts, hop they give ZB a hammering. Now ZB have reduced service levels there is nothing to differentiate them from Jet2. Hope they loose lots of business and have to reduce their fares to ridiculous levels.

So much for being Yorkshire airline! Will the rose on the planes change colour now?

All this no-frills expansion is getting on my pippin. Im soon going to be left with no-frills only in Europe, so much for choice!

Lucky to get the A310 instead of the A330 ‘glider’ or the 757. I miss their Tristars, which were a true long-haul aircraft.

I suspect the seating is very high-density as they are a charter carrier.

Emirates will be flying the Union Jack on their tails if they start anymore flights into the UK. I know some are connecting passengers, but the desert must be getting pretty full by now.

Because a meal on the plane is part of my holiday! Also sometimes I have to do without a meal at the airport coz I am buying books and those postcards of planes they sell in airports. I luv that bookshop at EMA with all the aviation books, I always spend most of my holiday spending money in there.

Jersey can prove expensive for a family but it always has been and has always attracted a different crowd than the ‘costas’. It is still ideal for families with young children – short flight, mild climate and lovely beaches and coves.

I wish some of the airlines would pay more attention to the Channel Islands. Airlines like BD have more or less shifted away from JER flights at weekends and I think thats a shame.
