The phone was engadged for twenty minutes coz the customer care is s***, they think coz they cheap id doesnt matter but it does as does misleading the public.

I have tried to ring BMIBaby as I have failed to find any fares which match what was advertised, funny thing but the phone line was constantly engadged. |I hung on for 20 mins before abandoning the call. I am so angry I am putting pen to paper and also writing to the Advertising Standards Authority.

No other industry gets away with it. If I go to Tesco and a tin of beans is 30p, I dont expect to get to the till and find it is 39p.

Tour operators also do this dont they? Holidays advertised at £199, then you find their is a booking fee and a compulsory ticket on departure charge. Its misleading!!

BMIbaby are the pitts. If I cant get through to make a reservation within 20 mins, how would I carry on if I had a complaint or one of my suitcases missing! No customer care at all!!!!

Its a big bloody con! I have no doubt that a tiny proportion of these free fares exist but the majority are taking up by employees their friends and family.

They are hardly free, either when over £30 in taxes are added to each flight. Why £7 onj expensive fares but £16 on the free ones????. Also there web site is down most of the booking period with overload problems.

The ASA should make all airlines show the full price, inclusive of taxes. After all you dont have a choice whether to pay or not do you!
