Business traveller? Who? company executives then. At those prices I think even generous expense accounts will be exceeded. Also people like me, leisure travellers should be encouraged especially to fill up the less popular lunchtime frequencies!

Im not discussing politics. I was talking about the EUs impact on the airline industry! THAT IS OF SOME RELEVANCE.

You obv feel a need to criticise me rather that add a constructive post which is of relevance to the thread!

I love G-BYDA. I hope that we continue to have this one DC10 operating on the UK register. That aircraft warms my heart every time I see it at Manchester. I am in love with it!

No, I was pointing out the impact the EU has on European airlines. It fobided the Belgium goverment from bailing out Sabena and has threatened the Greek goverment and is now doing the same with the Italians.

Interflug 62M, I am all for the UKs withdrawal from the EU, hence my support for UKIP.

It seems that the EU hates the national state-owned flag carriers.

It was Walkers shortbread, yes, but it hardly filled me up. More bickies please! If thats the best we can expect, a biscuit, at least give us a couple of packs!

Re the BMI biscuits, shouldnt it be biscuit, singular? I only recall getting the one, they should offer the biscuit barrel. One Rich Tea or Digestive is hardly substantial.

My boyf often flies BD LBA-EDI in Business. To think one has to pay nearly £300 punds for a day return flight just to get a hot brekkie. I dont have a fat company picking up my tab but I would be prepared to pay a little extra for a breakfast.

    Some Emirates predicted UK routes:

4 daily to Robin Hood Donny airport

2 daily to Nottingham East Mids

5 daily to Manston, sorry London Manston

I kid you not, wait for the announcements. I mean though how many more Emirates flights to the UK? For heavens sake, wither the desert is full of Brummies and Mancunians or they are all connecting to BKK and looking for Thai Brides!
