Ok… all the paper says is that they broke in by cutting the fence…

How did they manage to carry 6000 litre of fuel? In jerry cans?

Id hardly think it was drum stocks? SO did they have a tanker truck with them? All sounds rather odd to me….

Might have pinched a helicopter and flew it out.!

Err, why is this thread in historic aviation? Because the Harrier has been with us a long time! (And really yes it should be in the other) ooooops.

Can this be re fuelled today by our current tankers in the air?

What is it’s range on full tanks before re fuel?

Just wondered why this is not earning money from air shows all over the world? im sure it’s been thought of far too many pages to read to find out.

Could spend our winter away summer back here!

It’s a toss up this year so off to silverstone instead for 3 days hell lots more than those prices!

£31. adult price is not too bad it’s a cracking place if the weather is sunny and dry.

For any event that im off to just for the one day all depends on the weather camping last year at duxford so went sunday a nice dry day.

It all depends at waddington 2008 the best day was when the vulcan flew but was only one day think that was a sat so just picked the best day there!

unbelivable price for the GB Grand prix……Legends, Friday, Saturday and Sunday is still cheaper than 1 day at Silverstone….and that includes petrol to the event and back!!!!

Got 3 days for £145 ish booked a few months back on the same weekend as legends unbelievable!

Camping for event approx £35.00 so not bad.
