what’s its range?, i remember reading it is 1500kms while somebody argued it was only 300kms, i’d really like to know, i mean operational recce for example.

if i do recall, the original M-50 came with the Atar-k-50 and canards (that was new at the time), will just have to find an original pic, and as for the refueling probe, you’re right wolf.

Mirage 3/5 are, sure i didnt mean M2k (gotta be nuts to say that) 😀
M2k its an awesome weapon, properly upgraded and flown, its a killer combo.
the french have shown, (that’s 80’s techno) only its way too expensive 😉

it would be nice if bolivia started to get something a little better than what it is in service now, (F-80 & F-86), the Pampa is a good design, i just hope their economy allows it.

lets not go too far boys,
TVC requires maintenance, yes, but its far from being a “maintenance nightmare”, it does require frequent inspections (just look at it) because of the moving parts on an extremelly hot area, but so does the variable diameter exhaust on the afterburners, that’s it. 😉 nothing a good technician cant do blindfolded and with his “other tool” 😀

i tend to agree with my bro, A-29 “hot-dog” 😀
dutch F-16MLU will make more sense to me, sure they have mirages but remember, Mirage is 60’s engineering, while F-16 its 70’s engineering, i mean ideas and solutions 10 years younger (or less old?). as it is, is an awesome weapon and it has quite a lot of potential for growth.
i saw them myself and they’re inmaculate. (maintenance wise)

Actually, it’s a “kfirized” Mirage 5, with the French engine.
Excellent pictures, a classic beauty.
