After a couple of months of uncertainty at work thing look to be sorting. Threats of further redundancy have been lifted, and terms and conditions have been favourably re-negotiated. The boat seems to be rocking a little less now hopefully. After this morning’s meeting I feel a lot happier and more reassured the next envelope dropping through the door isn’t a P45…
