    Airline Owner.

Do a google search for ‘Ringway Reports’ I think the Manchester registrations are recorded there every few days. There is also, I think, a link to spotters groups in the North of England and there may be one for LPL.

    How was the football?

You all have to make your own decisions and they have to be respected.

But….. If something is good, enjoyable, informative etc., isn’t it worth fighting for?

    I’m going nowhere.

    A380.

Well done and thank you. That is EXACTLY the kind of attitude and maturity we all need to promote and which has long been a part of these fora.

    Malted Milk Biscuits anyone?

I’ll have a tea please, milk no sugar. My, my, aren’t we civilised upon entry into a troll free zone?

Wonder whar barbecued troll would taste like? Probably full of gristle and tainted meat.

    Comet.

Many happy returns of the day. How did you find BHX for your recent Belgian trip? (Not with a map, just before anyone else gets in.)

Dilip was writing Johnnie Johnson’s story in two parts, I think it was called Spitfire Top Gun? I have the first part but it is with a friend. The second hasn’t yet appeared as far as I know.

Generally, I find Dilip’s books very good. I have met him a few times at book launches and spoken to him several times on the phone while Ramrod were still going. He’s a very approachable chap. I’ve read I believe the Duxford book which was very interesting and I think the Bader photo book was largely about his work after the war and his role in inspiring those who have lost limbs.

    Robbo.

Key stage 3? No they’re generally very good. I can honestly say I’ve learned a lot about commercial aviation on the holiday coach forum, quite a bit from some of the younger members. However its decline has been serious enough for me to start a couple of threads to try and correct the situation. Consideration for others and an open invitation are the two that come to mind. I know I’m far from the only one who is fed up of the ‘kindergarten mentality’ which seems to prevail at the moment. Things are coming to a head, a bit like a boil really. the next few days may prove interesting.
