Possibly. But still too early to tell. IIRC, there was a huge amount of buzz in the boards of the 093 being on sea trials when HT put the 09X photo on his site. So it could still turn out to be the SSN.

But, you’re right, the sail and diving planes do look like that on the “Yuan.”

Or, it could be that the Yuan is a miniaturized version of the 093, incorporating 093 tech.
