Thankyou sir, for your reply to my post, i have found away round the problem i mentioned in my first post, Instead of choosing view options, on the fs2002 menu I choose view mode and can then choose spot plane or tower view e.t.c without the machine crashing. However I am finding running fs2002 a problem i.e. the screen stutters at times e.t.c, I may install windows XP on my machine I may find Fs2002 runs better on there, as it does run better with XP on my laptop,

Its fantastic to see XH558 in the air once again, i only became interested in aviation in 1994 so I never saw her fly, but watching videos of her, makes me want to see this aircraft at airshows. I hope she goes to southport next september, it would also be nice to see the aircraft display at Woodford her birthplace, even a private function there would be good a two day event at least due to woodfords notorious bad weather at airshows there though.

    Regards:)

actually your right, I meant it was smoother than some shows we had in the past at southport, it was nice 2 see a different hunter than “miss demeanour”, however i think the hunter we usually have has put on displays better than the one I saw today, it was too sedate at times. I saw the display as I was going home the aircraft seemed to dissapear out of view quite alot was he losing his bearings ?.

    Hi,

On the Militaryairshows.co.uk website it says a canberra might be going I have also heard she is unservicable what is the latest news. Also will Vulcan XH558 be going to the show ? any help would be appreciated. Also will the BBMF be arriving in formation i.e. Dakota, Spitfire and Hurricane, or will the Dakota have a seperate display slot ? 🙂

    Regards
