AFAIK, it was a test programme organized by Aero. The aircraft was taken from regular Czech stocks. I am not sure whether the test were aimed towards possible Israeli order of the L-39 or had something to do with Elbit’s involvement in L-39ZA(ART) version for Royal Thai AF.
Aero organised testing with L-39 ZA/ART at the start of the 1990s during Elbit avionics integration in L-39 for Thailand, and few years ago with L-159B for Izraeli Air Force, that Isreali pilots tested the plane as possible advanced trainer fot IAF, there is still a chance to sale L-159 for Izreali AF as a part of US military support program.
The picture is from Aero Vodochody and this L-39 is from the L-39 batch for Nigeria, but Nigerian contract haven´t been realized due to Nigerian financial problems. When a Izraeli delegation visited Aero Vodochody, workers of the company attached Izraeli stickers on the plane because at this time Aero offered L-139 Super Albatros for IAF and the L-39 was demostrated for the delegation. Photo was taken probably short time before short L-139 testing in Izrael in the middle of the 1990s.

Tatra V570 from 1933, beatle concept is stolen copy of the Tatra project (Tatra launched a lawsuit, but this was stopped when Germany invaded Czechoslovakia. At the same time, Tatra was forced to stop producing the T97. The matter was re-opened after WW2 and in 1961 Volkswagen paid Tatra 3,000,000 Deutsche Golden Marks in compensation. These damages meant that Volkswagen had little money for the development of new models and the Beetle’s production life was necessarily extended,). Btw Ferdinand Porsche started his career in Tatra and Porsche concept is on the base Tatra construction phylosophy by Hans Ledvinka.

awsome pictures, particularly the aerofin, flowing lines and louvering on the tatra its beautiful no other word describes the styling thanks for posting them, how long did your grandfather own his?
since about 1965 to 1990 (model 1938), later he bought Škoda 1000MB because cheaper to run ( in orange colour) from 1968 with rear placed engine as well but not air-cooled and not V8, of course worse car than Tatra

I had 5 years this type T-603 (in black as well), but now I have newer T-613, I am not rich to keep two V8 air-cooled rear placed engine demons 😉
