Take note anyone who thinks the EU/Ec or what ever it go’s by today is a good thing.

If it was’nt for these unelected dictators there would be no problem, Sally B would not be grounded or worse sold off over seas, this ruling will also affect Pink lady.

So it could and probably will mean the end of B17’s in the skys of europe.

I dont think they woulkd have ever considerd extending Hendon anyway, the control tower may become part of the museum but space is so limited at the site whilst Cosford has room to expand.

As for living in a control tower the old tower at Bradwell Bay in Essex was converted to a house sadly this is now empty and decaying, not much call for living a few houndred feet from a Necular Power station.

I beleve the Thunderstreak was repianted at Rochester, soon after they took over the loanship from the Belgain AF, they then passed the aircraft on to the RAF

What we must all rember is that the Thames Estuary is full of war time wrecks both shipping and aircraft, a recent sonar seach for the remains of amy johnsons aircraft was undertaken and a number of “intresting” hits were located.

this included a number of identified aircraft…

A sonar imiage of the find above will be posted later.

from what I can rember the London round trip is about £30-35 maybe a bit more.

    the Southend section is £15.

I done the London-Forts-London trip twice now so will only be doing the Southend trip this year as money is a bit on the low side if wallets could have anirexia mine would be in very serious trubble.
