Really cant wait to see the Indians operating these of their carriers. This really will be a golden age for the aircraft carrier.

i saw that pic the other day and didnt post it, do you think it looks edited? look around the funnel wheres the line of the mountain and also along the long straight it looks a little odd.

I dont believe they would scrap it now… too much to learn from it e.t.c I believe they have some where be prefabing a complete Island that they will simply bring in in stages and quickly get it on board. The engines are the thing we all want to know about.

Yep what I said yesterday – fake picture as far as im concerned. I wanna see a couple more before I believe they have removed that much.

I would always advocate add a main gun to any Naval vessel it saves mis understandings !

I think I’ll send BVT an email and get them onto it with the Updated Type 23.

Hell’s bells why not just use this for the C2? just drop the ability to fire Tomahawks 😛

ok this was a silly little drawing.

I wondered based on what they cut away if they were simply going to install the systems of the DDG Type 956E, just slapping it on there to get her out as a training carrier.

Ok here we go some initial thoughts, probably a lot of issues but here we go.

there is a very simple solution.

A slight redesign/modernisation of the type 23 design

That should hit the mark.
