The truth is it depends. Low level bombing did depend on the pilot. However at least for Zunis the F-8 was know to be an excellent and stable plattform for the. I have not heard about the performacne with bombs though.
Radar bombing from medium level however is simply a game of luck. If there is no strong wind below the flightlevel of the plane and no other atmospheric distubances, then it can be very accurate. But even a B-17 could be very accurate under those conditions. However the F-16 could achieve this accuracy with only one crewmember and much more regular then a WW2 bomber.
Und more difficult weather conditions, both depend on luck . more or less.
