How quickly will salt water start to affect it? If it was flushed (even immersed?) in fresh water quickly enough could it be ok?

The electrics would take a kicking from the salt water, & pretty much everything would be wrecked.

As to which Hunt is better-

But the stars were great, much better acted than the UK version.

I wholeheartedly have to disagree sir,I found the yank version cringeworthy to say the least.

But that, after careful consideration, is just my opinion.
