Watched Question Time last night, my word, UKIP don’t half get folk all wound up, without actually doing anything! That angry blue rinse ranting woman was truly epic! & Captain Jack Sparrow (Brand) was way out of his depth, if only every episode of QT was as mad it would supplant HIGNFY as my favourite telly program.
Fury
Not bad, does seem to be packed out with added violence when the plot gets a bit thin…in fact, not convinced that there actually is a plot.
The last ‘set’ is sort of unbelievable too.
Still, watched it at the base cinema, so didn’t have to pay the down town rate to see it.
Worth a look if you’ve nothing else to do.
A warning for some on this forum.
Now imagine that this rule was in place at aeroplane museums…;o)
Ah, aircraft museums, as some wag once pointed out, the only place where no one bats an eyelid when you take a camera into the toilets!
found the museum well organised, and staff very helpful. Keep u the good work!
Indeed, visited a while back, made the time to go from Cornwall to Wales, stayed at Pagen01’s gaff, then early start for us to drive from there to the Museum to have a full day there, wouldn’t dream of showing up at a museum anywhere near the end of play, they’re just not that kind of place.
I feel terrible for not being suitably outraged & horrified.
Guess the low was seeing the RNHF Sea Fury T20 wheels up in front of us at Culdrose… 🙁
Only to instantly trumped by the ‘high’ of the the pilot hoping out completely unhurt 🙂
As per the motto of our fair county…first & last 😉
Nice one :highly_amused:
That’s good news, used to visit there quite often, interesting place.
Yeah, enjoyed it, quality & detailed filming.
Good TV for a change.
Not to worries lads…there’s always room for another quarter mile venue & a suitable campaign has been launched 😉

one my fathers old squadrons, he flew with them during the Suez campaign on the Vickers Valetta.
No Typhoons, F35’s or Nuke subs for us now then & we’ll continue to bolster up a ‘country’ who clearly doesn’t appreciate the hand that feeds it.
Oh well, business as usual then.
Just one more thought though….
Wondering what all this jockery has cost us, think we should send them the bill.
😀
Outstanding, nice one Baz.
Interesting article, raises more points than it actually addresses, but illustrates how a smooth transition will be difficult at best.
