The article says there are 2 hurricane frames with classic aero that will be restored over the next 3or 4 years? is one of them the sea hurricane auctioned at goodwood a few months ago?

Damn unlucky but at least P T and the plane are Ok and hopefully see her in the air within a couple of months.

With regards to the props, would it not make more sense to have a wooden prop similar to the 2 spit tr IX’s that had their mishaps last year, as heaven forbid they didn’t do too much damage to their engines? And would a wooden prop have an adverse effect on the performance of the engines?

damn. let us hope they are trying to throw everybody off of the scent so its a proper surprise.
