Nice!
I didnt know Adria was still flying to the UK.
Not sure how long they have flown to/from MAN, but Adria also fly on a daily basis from Gatwick too!
Nice shots Grey, thanks for sharing.:)
Thanks for all your suggestions, however, I have been doing some further research and it looks very much as though Prague could be on the cards. My parents visited the city earlier this year and so I asked them the other day whether they thought I would enjoy it and they both said “Yes!”.
Been doing some search into flights…as you know I would like to travel on a Star Alliance carrier, so am looking at travelling with Lufthansa via DUS (outbound)/FRA (inbound).

Cracking shots there Rob, can’t believe you went all the way to EDI just to get a shot of the CO 757 for me, I’m touched…!;):diablo:
What was the JAL 744 doing at EDI, anyone know?
U2’s 360 tour already began last year because I saw them at Wembley, however, Bono (lead singer) suffered a severe injury to his back at some point earlier this year and required surgery to his spine, so the US-leg of the tour was postponed until now…

Would this be for spotting only, or would you also want to include other things? If the latter, are you more a beach/party guy or a city-trip guy?
I am more of a city/sightseeing kind of person.
And it would be nice if I could do a bit of spotting, but its not essential.
Sorry Kabir for posting in the wrong thread, just thought that people who regularily view Commerical would be able to help better than others seeing as my requirements are quite specific, but actually being in General isnt such a bad idea as it means that lots of other people can offer suggestions. Thanks.

Rob. G-CGMC is one of two EMB135’s of Eastern Airways, has been operating into NWI for the last few days, replacing a Saab 2000, nice change ??
Keith.
Great to see Eastern beginning to take on jet aircraft, would be nice to see it in full livery colours though, any ideas as to if/when it will get painted at all Keith?!
Also, any idea what the AeroNova a/c is doing at NWI, is it being used by Manx2 by any chance as I know they use a Metroliner, or could it be in for a re-spray into the rather nice looking livery as per the pic below (taken from the aeronova website: http://www.aeronova.com/ing/index.asp?
I have to say that last one of the AA 777 is a really interesting angle, great shot! Keep up the good work, look forward to seeing some more soon!:)
Just seen it on the news…146 pax + 6 crew.
Aircraft was flying from Karachi (KHI) to Islamabad (appropriatley re-named Benazir Bhutto International) Airport (ISB).
Thoughts and prayers with families and friends of victims.:(
Might be a strange question, but why are there so many South African A340s at Heathrow doing absolutely nothing?
As has already been mentioned, its to do with the arrival and departure time of the flights, however, the reason for there being so many is/was because SA put on extra flights to JNB and CPT for the World Cup. I know its passed now, but they may also have an increased schedule during the summer months anyways.
You’re last shot is absolutley amazing – love it!:)
Because Aurigny advertise against FlyBe, FlyBe shouldn’t be allowed to buy Aurigny? Because FlyBe would want to get rid of the ATR they shouldn’t be allowed to buy Aurigny?
Those arguments don’t make a lot of business sense!
Whilst it might not like make a lot of business sense, I just feel that Blue Islands is a better airline to take over Aurigny, as I just don’t particularly like to see “big-name” airlines gulping up the little players…as I have said a number of times, I rather like Aurigny, even though I’ve never flown on them, their aircraft are always nice to see! I used to like BE before, but now they’ve just become a bit “same old, same old”, just like EZY and FR.
