Indeed close call.
Hm, notice Typhoon`s smokey engines…
All single engine fighters were retreated from active duty in `95…if my memory is corect.
The year barely started and already 2 crashes in this part of the world.
RIP
Is it still only a drawing or can we expect a design freeze to be followed by a prototype at some point in the coming years?
If you are refering to the Mi-38…the prototype is been flying for 2 years.
Eurocopter is working with Mil on Mi-38..medium lift helicopter.
I don`t think a cooperation between Bell/Sikorski and Mil/Kamov will be in the near future.
That would be the Bazalt.
You mean Dassault Balzac V :p
Edz….you scare me, dude. Are you on pills or something? How do you actually know that the Russians hate the west? Are you a Russian? How do you know how they think…..are you a mind reader? I suggest you stick to facts than mind-blowing supositions.
Hm, sorry….I think I was wrong. Taking a second look at the photo…hm, that resembles a Su-27(or whatever is its Chinese name) nose…cut…..
Again I might be wrong……heh…rich imagination 😀 😀 I won`t take a third look 😀
Why on earth would any pilot attempt that sort of stunt, it makes the job of refuelling even harder.
Maybe they get bored 😀
Great fakes boths 😀
3: whats this???
An engine exhaust?
The first two photos are Hueys, alright…fitted with Chinook engine. The engines exhaust is kinda huge, isn`t it? 😀
The second is a simple Bell 214.
and what is meant by “glass cockpit”…why is it supposed to be advanced ???
It`s supose to…but…it`s not..especially in cold weather. We found out how “high-tech” is this glass cockpit on our EC-135 when they(the LCD screens) start failing during flight. Good ol` steam gage rocks!
Great movie!…Hmm…is that guy eating a burrito ? 😀 nasty :diablo:
Hm, on the J-8II the engine air intake is just like on the MiG-23….and I think the canopy too.
Actually…that`s not a Mi-17-V6…I don`t think there is a V6 version.
I think that`s a Mi-17-1V. The 1V version is for military transport and it can carry side pods as easily as it can carry a bambi bucket.
