Thanks for asking the question in the first place Elliott as I’ve recently been leafing through an extract of the stirling Vol 3 and was wondering the same thing:)
Thanks Dave for posting that link as it’s got some very useful info in there:cool:
John
Nice finds there Rob, glad to see you’re getting more stuff together
John
Thanks for the vote of confidence Smudger. As Andy says I believe that the company was in command of the facts but they chose not to include them in the final edit for whatever reason
John
As Andy mentioned, the majority of the items that were recovered was beyond the scope of our Project, although we were able to make use of some shackles etc from the flying control runs as these are found all over the aircraft.
Glad that the remainder of the parts went to Redhill:cool:
As the question has been asked about the crew, I’ll have a word with our Chairman to see if he’s got the info
John
Doesn’t appear to have been mentioned elsewhere but the Stirling programme was brought forward to last Sunday. Have to say I was very pleased with the production values and a suitable mention of the Stirling Aircraft Project to boot. 😎
Thanks again to Andy for orgainising our participation in the programme 😀
John
That’s a shame Allan, hopefully they might see the light of day again

I think it fair to say that going by NAMs definition our flightdeck could now be described as a cockpit rig but I’m not going to split hairs :diablo:
