Seeing this in my rear view mirror, I really would rather have been at home all day instead of driving my truck.

There was during the 90’s a UFO kept in one of the HASs at Boscombe Down.

I visited the museum yesterday with Martin Fields and a couple of Amesbury cadets, absolutely brilliant will definitely be going back!

I saw on Wikipedia an article that said the cockpit of ex Argentinian Pucara A-533 (ZD486) is with the Boscombe Down Aviation Collection. I didn’t see this or any mention of this at the museum, what has happened to it?

Which aircraft was doing ciruits at Boscombe Down between about 18.30 and 19.15?
It was a piston engine monoplane from the brief glance I got but was very loud (much to my wifes displeasure!).

Cracking pictures of the Reds (and the red white and blue), will the Reds be displaying with only 7 aircraft all season?

Are there any western aircraft at Monino?

The first shot of the last 3 is incredible! 😮

Very naive of me to automatically assume you must have been a pilot 😮

I speak from experience at BBMF but things get a bit foggy.

Which of the three aircraft did you fly?

Unlike its IDS cousin, the ADV is fitted with chaff/flare launchers so it doesn’t need to carry the underwing pods.

Has the GR4 been fitted with chaff/flare launchers or does it still need to carry the pods?

I can’t specifically recall seeing many pictures of GR4s carrying any ordinance.

1525, Driving down A303 past Popham and I saw a De Havilland DH-82A Tiger Moth II
G-APAM taxiing after having just landed. I’m pretty sure she had just landed as 30 minutes before when I passed in opposite direction I hadn’t seen her parked up anywhere.
