You are right. It isn’t that difficult.

So why don’t you try it for once? 😉

I’ve had a very brief flirtation with national politics. The level of humbug, hypocrisy and cant is well reflected in your personal disenchantment. But, what musn’t happen is to permit the very vocal and politically charged activists in our midst to go about their business unchallenged.

    Indeed.

The propagandists of the EU must be confronted and denied any opportunity to spread their deceit unhindered. No matter how ineffective we the opposition seem to be, unless we publicly oppose and continue so to do, it opens the door wider to yet more EU chicanery

Deceit? I assume you are talking about the wider world of politics rather than this forum?

    Awaits cryptic and baffling answer.

bazv. Still waiting on your answer.

    Derek.
I’ve just been looking at some of your pictures.
A couple of them bring back a few memories here.
You should concentrate on talking about them instead of this sh*t.

Let’s face it, we’re all railing against something with impotent rage here.
It’ll change not one jot of anything.
Whereas your pictures as far more interesting.
I guess the ones from the 1980’s are scanned slides–would I be right..?
I’m being serious incidentally. I’m not interested in the EU, World politics, who f*cks who (literally or metaphorically) in the Westminster village, or anywhere else for that matter.
I do like 5 Sqn. Lightnings though.

    Andy

I can’t disagree with any of that to be honest Andy.
The problem is that I don’t suffer fools gladly and if I see posts that are blatantly rubbish or incorrect, I can’t help wanting to right the wrong. Where I differ from yourself is that in some way, I do care about some of the things debated, I want my daughter to have the best upbringing I can provide and it worries me that she may not get it because of the misguided opinions of others. You could argue that that is life but that is also the way I am. I understand exactly what you mean in saying that it won’t change anything but I thought this forum was one of those where a better understanding might be gained. I was wrong. Could be worse, I could post something in the US 2nd Amendment thread:)

If you really want people to reply to what you have written, why not just explain what you meant in your post instead of cryptic comments and insults?

    Is it really that difficult?

At I said before, your post is simply not worth commenting on. It makes no sense whatsoever. Maybe, for all our sakes, you could explain what you are trying to say then maybe we could join in a sensible debate.

F-GSTF Beluga No.5 went into Birmingham on Wednesday 7th Feb as I believe the crosswinds were limiting at Hawarden.

Indeed, and sensible points go unanswered.

Lincoln, you’ll have to help me. Apathy isn’t a word I use a lot and I can’t recall using it here. I had a brief look at the search but it isn’t very good. It isn’t a big deal but I’d like to know where you found it.

Judging by the reaction, my posts clearly touch a raw nerve.

bazv, I don’t know you , I don’t know what I have done to annoy you, but you seem to have issues with me and my posts. If want, PM me to explain what it is you have a problem with.

I would answer it if it made any sense.

Lincoln the word was Pathos not apathy.

I think I’ll ignore your posts from now on. It can only be for the best. I honestly don’t know what to make of it.

I’m very flattered that you seem to have spent some time considering my posts. Well done. You must be very proud of yourself.
Your other point has been covered often enough. Even the useless Osborne admits it was a Globalcrisis. I realize that some people think that we in the UK are very important , but Ed Balls did not create the global economic crisis.
Naive is a word to describe those that think that the idiot Osborne and CMD are going to fix it.

Most telling to me is fact that I put three examples of the advantages of EU membership. Not answered. Not surprising I suppose.
