Yes, I did read that earlier post….and I also read Charles reply. He appologised if that was the case but couldn’t remember the occasion. If you want to help, he also said, he’d welcome you with open arms! With that, why don’t you do that and put your efforts to better use than posting negatively on here?
Heading21 – From your profile I can see that you only have three posts to your name and all have been ‘bad press’ on 724… There is no sign of help and advice on this thread or any other from you! If you have no helpful advice, then it may pay to keep quiet as people ARE trying to secure a furture for this aircraft. IF only you had been of more help like forum member LightningMk6 things may progress quicker!!!
Ah, don’t get me wrong, I’m under no illusion as to what goes into restorations of this kind but the price will still be one hell of a markup. Having said that, as you say, someone will buy her and lets face it, another Harrier saved is only a good thing!
If you can wait on a couple of days I have detailed artwork and colour chips for this B17 colour scheme.. Are you wanting to do the one with Mickey Mouse on the tail?
