He did say if proved beyond doubt, it would be a bit of an irritation if it was found to be a miscarriage of justice afterwards!

    Such as?

the trouble is it can never be beyond doubt as said you can be 99 % positive

but what if the poor fec**r you kill was in the one per cent ??

sorry we screwed up is unacceptable !!

difficult but i’d still say no !!

D.N.A. is so obviously infallible !!
what about the guy that was set up for murder with one of his cigarette butts ??
he only escaped as a detective overheard someone in a pub bragging about setting him up !!

a confession isn’t guaranteed either stephan kishkow confessed and practicaly served a life sentence before being released
even though it was proven he had a childs mental age and was not reliable

couple these factors alongside our bungling government offices and police forces

and there are still plenty of very justified reasons why life shouldn’t be taken

two wrongs don’t make a right !! an eye for an eye soon makes one blind !!

I took these pictures a couple of years ago and am wondering what the types of vehicles are. I know the vehicles in pictures 1 & 2 are Jeep but are they a specific variant ?

the scout car is a daimler dingo ! matchbox had a kit of it in thier range it was packaged in the ” montys caravan ” set

jeeps as far as i’m aware were pretty much all a standard build to a specification and altered afterwards for specific needs !!

but i’d imagine some would have been altered at the factory for needs

Bury Market, on a Saturday, for the finest Black Pudding in der velt.
Boiled Blood clots! With Mushy peas and Vinegar for the sour preference, or topped with Apple Chutney for the sweet toothed.

aye chadwicks is a grand stall , probably one of if not (the ) longest running stalls on the market

i discovered once a black pudding is probably not the best choice of food after a dentists visit

as it is difficult to tell if you are biting pudding or lip !!

Yes, after the US forgave something like 90% of the debt.

Can you get me an Aston Martin on those terms?:D

that was probably very little consolation as it very nearly bankrupted us in the early days

The UK made the final repayment of its WW2 debt to the USA in 2006!

i don’t know one way or another but i get a feeling we are involved in the war on terror for grattis !!

strage because no terror attacks were launched here pre our involvement

as i say i don’t know if we are there at no cost but a bit of a cheek if we are

as the final ww2 cripling debt was only paid off post iraq 2

and the final few payments were not waived even though our involvement was probably costing a lot more than the payments !!
