lets face it the british have long gone as a race !! it is now like a benneton advert !! but then the british have always been a ********** race so has anything actualy changed ?? and it is almost certain we have foreign blood in all of us !!

i remember a programe a while back when DNA was the new thing they checked peoples dna to find out racial roots

i nearly s**t my pants laughing at the 50 something white woman , member of the W.I. and B.N.P. , very hoity toity , twin set and pearls when she was told her roots were from african black stock !!….funniest non comedy show ever !! even little britains WI women couldn’t compare !!

so i ask do any of us realisticaly know our roots ….it is a wise kid that knows their real father !!

i don’t believe anything that any government manufactures for publicity a photograph of a group of people tels you nothing but A ….it could be a true indication …..or B….. it could be manufactured with selected individuals to suit propaganda purposes !!

nice work and convincing enough for an LMS box although it is more like a GWR box that airfix modeled

lms boxes of that size certainly in the ex L&Y area were red brick bases with horizontal running wooden planking on top

stairs are good but would have another upright in the centre

the roof is strange as built by airfix as the overwhelming type was a normal straight apex roof with bargeboards at either end although some did have that style

the flue i would also say would be inacurate as i guess a gas fire will be going there most boxes would have had a coal stove in that would already have a cast iorn flue system in so it would probably make sense to connect it to that altho railways can have odd behaviour

don’t forget the train register under the clock !!

i got part of a house clearance of airfix kits that were going to be thrown away so i got them for free i got about 2/3rds of the collection in all about 250 kits

i still buy the odd one but as a builder and not a collector realise i will be dead before they are all built

so some went on ebay to the point i gave up once i got enough money for a compressor and airbrushes

he was mad on ww1 stuff and as such there are subjects i’ll never have the intrest to build lost count of the roden kits i sold on

plus i still have a tupperware box full of 1/72 airwaves whitemetal ww1 type engines i’ll never use ( unless after 50 i get that urge )

but i never understood collecting for collectings sake or for proffit later in life

surely the idea is to buy and build or run it is a massive disservice to leave as a forlorn item in a private collection to maybe see the light of day for 3 times in 70 yrs lest the packaging gets sun faded !!

one thing that gets me is that how come all these odd health freaks are always ill truth be known she’s probably a hypochondriac and and geneticaly modified cow farts will be giving her cancer next week !!

the thing is i am also used to working in those situations ( except we weren’t issued with the police equipment ) it is bl**dy obvious that that guy was no threat !! yet even after realising thier error not one of the scumbags in uniform had the balls to help the lad up again !!
