Switzerland is not Nepal. Obviously you have some high peaks (max ~4000m) but most of the grounds, plateau, lake and plains are at ~400/500 meters.
Given the average temperature (5 deg less than in lower alt closely situated zone and the percentage of humidity, engines tend to suffer generally less in the country than in the plain (especially in summer). Having been driving turbo supercharged engine all around, be sure that I can testify it to you (out sped motorbike).

So yes, the Bee is the most logical and economical choice speaking in term of fleet live support, deterrence and sustainable level of technology (less exposure to asymmetrical and cyber risk) and fits in the armed history of that country that have always privileged various forms of disseminated defense.
