It’s called Yorkey’s Knob.

I have a photo of the signpost to Yorkey’s Knob, I just HAD to stop the car and take one, I’ve been there a few times 😀
For me has to be Ghost, I never cry at any film, ever, but when I saw this film I had to fight very hard not to just blab it all out like a proverbial baby 😀

Thanks for clearing that up Andy
Jethro that’s my understanding of it mate, but again I could be wrong. I am back at work tomorrow after some leave, so no doubt there’ll only be 2 topics discussed on the flightdeck over the coming weeks. I’ll be sure to gauge some more information then.
If I am completely honest kabir I have no idea. I was told last week that the EMB175 is very, very unlikely, now look what’s happened. It wouldn’t be prudent of me to second guess what they are going to do but I know the 175 initially is to replace alot of Q400s that will be coming to the end of their lease.
With the Air France code share I guess there could be expansion into Europe, I can see something happening in France. I’ve heard we are looking at European bases and an expansion plan consisting of a fleet of 160 aircraft. Again this is only rumour, I can’t say for sure.

Kabir just to correct you there, 35 firm orders, 65 options and purchase rights on another 40.
Essentially 105 options.

Easy & Ryan have nothing to fear, we will never compete against them, we fly niche routes from niche bases and this is set to continue. The only times we compete with them is when they put an aircraft on the same route.

Haha love it 😀
Dean. So nice to get the facts from a potential PIC, thank you, it’s that old saying about the best layed plans of mice and men !! But hey ! I have pics … You have news …. We have Comms …. Sorted !
Too true 😀
You can snap me on Saturday morning if you are up early enough, arriving into NWI about 08:00 and departing at 08:35. We “should” be on board G-ECOD 😉

Hi Keith
Good catch mate, you are correct, the flight was delayed 24hrs because the respray was a day behind, it took off from NWI last night at 19:30 and arrived into EXT at 20:45, so no it didn’t go to LGW first.
I wasn’t on board unfortunately, I was rostered to do the flight on Tuesday but had the duty changed to a different trip because of this.
For yesterday’s flight we were so short of crews in Exeter we had to gather a crew from somewhere else, on board was a crew from Edinburgh to do the ferry flight across. They called me and asked me to work my day off but I had pre-arrangements and couldn’t do it.
G-JEDP was in from Manchester.
Hope this helps
Dean
Nice pics Keith
G-ECOE is indeed in for repaint, she has just come back from Athens today, I came back on Sunday having flown her out there. I am picking her up from NWI and flying her back to Exeter next Tues (29th) if you are around for a photo?
Does it have to be Wellesbourne? I know there is some hangar space at Gloucestershire Airport, a 20 minute flight away.

But on that link you can only use your mobile as an internet device, nowhere does it say you can make calls, infact, it says the opposite.
