i knew that, and have read it 🙂 but the last i heard no positive decision had meen made and it was rumours? im glad they’re going to do it 🙂 i wonder if it would be better and easier to bring 790 home?
Having spoken with a member of the Panton family, the plan is to get her airworthy. It appears that the CAA are happy with the spar life on the aircraft, and the plan is to start work fairly soon. I’ll watch and hope.

$3,500,000 for an aircraf that last had an annual inspection of engine and plane, on July 30th, 1976??? 😮 id thought that $3,000,000 was the going price for an airworthy one?
