Wish there was something like that for Glasgow Airport 🙁
UK VHF frequencies (as well as airport layouts and lots more info) for all licenced airfields are detailed in the UK AIP, which is available on the web, and of course because its the AIP its kept up to date.

Like the first two. No offence but the A340 looks like it came out of a cornflake packet ?
The Royal 757 is Herpes… 😮 Sorry, I meant Herpa! :p You can tell from the off-road wheels! 😀
Air Transat TriStar – not sure, is it a Dragon?
The A340 looks like a 1:600 Shabak model – take my word for it, those things are really best left in Cornflake packets, even if they don’t come from one!

International routes only so no
And no one, repeat no one, would want to fly in a Bandit on an international route!

That’s right, it was a Scottish branding more than anything else, although it’s roots began in a small travel agency in Glasgow’s south side.
Dammit, that was a rather sensible answer – you’re obviously not up to taking my bait today! :p

Caledonian flying Bandits??? 😮 Sacrilege! 😡
Besides, Caledonian wasn’t really Scottish – for most of its time in business it was based in England, at London Gatwick! :dev2:

Poland is in the EU now – it should support EU manufacturers and buy Airbus.

If you’re looking for something that’s fairly cheap, the Canon 75-300USM is a good lens to start out with and the price is hardly any more than the independent equivalents – I used this lens for a long time and only sold it when I decided I needed a 400mm top end (which isn’t really so important with digital because of the sensor crop, but I changed whilst I was still using film).
Once you go beyond that, prices start to go up… There’s plenty out there but making recommendations is difficult without knowing your budget.

My trusty D60 will see me good for a while longer (19000 actuations on the shutter so far):

Sharpness is mainly down to lenses (and in the case of digital to an extent post-processing technique) and I’ve put my recent investment into severeal L-series lenses – anyone thinking of going digital would in my opinion be better advised putting the money into lenses in the first instances, and maybe picking up a now very cheap but still very capable year or two old body.
