Msphere, yes I would imagine so, although I can’t confirm it. If u look at the wing geometry and t/w ratio, it would seem so. Helicopters designed for hot/high conditions tend to have more rotors as it gives a better “_grip” on low density air.

Agree with Madrat, Su35 seems more likely but S300/S400 first I’d assume. There will be a window for Israel to attack before that happens. A lot will depend on who gets elected next in the US…

Iraq is too busy fighting its own wars. Originally Shiite Iraqi “volunteers” was supporting Syria in the thousands ( my estimate 4-6 000). Later with the spectacular ISIS blitzkrieg, they packed their bags and went home as their own homes were under threat.

Ever since Iraq has been in disarray, barely able to keep itself from drowning.

According to Ari’s Roussinos the famous Vice news embed, he saw first hand US / allied forces coordinating closely with Assad’s forces and Kurds in Hasakah. A US strike would be followed by an Assad barrel bomb and vice versa, in close coordination. Other than that, Hezbollah, a quasi terrorist mini state is a big backer and supporter of the Assad regime, as is (more tacitly, Lebanon).

Other than that, nobody else supports the genocidal war criminal Assad.
