What has the AN22 got to do with the AN140? The AN140 is just tiny, most comparable with an ATR42. It could probably fit inside the AN22 if the wings where detached.
Why do you think this might be the last time? The AN22 works ad-hoc so if in a few days/weeks/months/years someone offers enough money, the AN22 will come.

it had been announced at the air force website (heck, the announcement is still there) but they where a bit too premature. First flight has not even been scheduled. Also, with regard to the airshow, the DO24 won’t come either. It will nicely stay in Germany for the coming few weeks while the organisors of the DO24 world tour cut through miles of red tape.
there is still at least one fully white A320. I saw it last week at AMS, and the week before and a few weeks before that….

You may be better of asking this in the military forum. An invention like that will no doubt be introduced by them.
to add, the planes will be used on the routs to MAN and PRG. The planes are leased from EUJet. It would appear from the first photos I have seen that it flies in full EUJet livery, but it is of course possible that new logos will be added later on.

It would be to large to handle safe evacuations was something I recall Boeing said. And then there is the usual too large/too slow/too subsidized ramblings.
Airbus is doing the same thing Boeing did a few years back when the A380 was going through the final stages of planning. It is all normal.
I already have the perfect airport! Schiphol! Well, perhaps it would be nice to move it a bit closer to me. Let’s say somewhere halfway between Arnhem and Doetinchem. That’s far enough for me not to be kept awake by planes, yet close enough to make it easy to get to.
Maybe add some more colourful airlines too. BWIA, Air Tahiti Nui, Air jamaica, AA. And to finish the wish list…. get the Fokker factories back and running!
