Possibly the An-22 that was announced a few days ago?

Construction starts on RNLNS Holland
08/DEC/2008
With one swift move defence secretary Jack de Vries welded a coin on the keel of the first OPV of the Holland-class.
The keel was layed by shipswhard Damen Schelde Naval Shipbuilding in Vlissingen (english: Flushing). Here two of the four ships in this class will be build. The names of the four new ships have also been revealed as Holland, Zeeland, Groningen en Friesland.
The patrol ships will be 108m long, and be equiped with a 76mm Oto-Melara cannon, a rapid fire canon and two Hitrole machineguns.
Large parts of the third and fourth vessel will be constructed in Galatz, Romenia.
Can’t comment on the BMI/Flybe proposed takeover for obvious reasons
We know, you don’t want to risk your retirement pension. :diablo:
I’ll stop it now.
… there’s this!
Still fancy that flight to NYC? :diablo:
Just for reference since I never been there. The taxiway behind the CO, is that the same one the KLM lined up from?
Very cool shots BTW!
…I am only 22!:)
You are, but Deano is rapidly approaching becoming geriatric. Imaginary threads are only the first step Deano!
A bit more seriously though. Why would FlyBE want to add BMI Regional? They already cover the UK quite extensively. They are still working on absorbing BA-Regional, and BMI-Regional and -Baby where hardly shining beacons of efficiency or profitability.
Not to sure where to post, please feel free to move,
Is there any software available to purchase to allow logging cilil aircraft registrations?
Had a look on the internet but nothing seems to be around, any help would be appreciated.

At first I used MS Excel, but I find MS Access to be easier to work with. In particular its cross-referencing abilities are easier to use then they are in Excel.
Nice photos! The Saudi jet is really good! Not to mention the weather looking very good too! Last time I had good weather while spotting was in august, and I have not been spotting since early october due to the crap weather.
or the fact that it was on a training flight with newly Airbus qualified pilots?????? Personaly I have heard of more aircraft losses during flight crew training than post maintenance test flights.
Sad for the familys no mater why

Actually, it appears the plane was flown by two highly experienced pilots from XL-Airways Germany.
I think this says three bodies found.:(

Correct, 3 bodies found out of 7 on board. There where 2 German pilots and 5 New Zealanders. Speculation at airliners.net is that the flight was D-AXLA from XL-Airways (Germany). The plane was on a test flight prior to delivery to ANZ. The plane was already in ANZ livery, hence the confusion in the media stating this was a ANZ flight.
You can buy any sat-nav you want, and then update it using data from http://www.hgvsolutions.com. They display width, height and weight restrictions. However, this is payware.
Edited to ad: Another option,

P.S. I think I can probably expect a slap at around 6pm on Saturday in Madeira for that! 😀
Ooh come on, everyone can accept some criticism, as long as it is constructive like yours. :p
Hybrids are overrated, get a small or mid-size diesel.
The gas price will rise soon enough again. Once the current economic mess gets sorted out again.

Does KLM still send the A330 to LHR? I cant see them sending both the A330 and the E-Jet on LHR runs, they are 2 opposite ends of the scale.
Why would that be a problem? The Cityhopper flights where from Eindhoven and Rotterdam, the Airbus from Amsterdam. Having said that, the Airbus no longer flies to LHR.
As mentioned by cloud_9 the Cityhpper flights where pulled in favour of LCY. The LHR slots are on loan to NWA (and Continental?).
