    Quite alot of trips to Bristol, Stansted and Amsterdam for me this year.

    I had a trip where I started off in Portugal in the morning (end of holiday!), was home just after lunch, quick change of bag and then back to the Airport and off to Amsterdam!

    Bizarrely I have a rather mammoth trip coming up soon too, Dominican Republic > Home > either AMS or LHR > Chicago or Detriot> Minneapolis St Paul!!

    Why my holidays have to end the same day I have to do something major for work, I do not know!!

    I flew on both planes with Emirates and thought the 777 was the better of the two.

    Well I used to love listening to it as a kid on my grandad’s old Wireless! But things have changed since then. Thanks for the link, I may have to invest 😀

    Just wondering, how come NCL also has the code EGNT? What does it stand for? Cheers!

    Certainly does! Although the one on the 737 seems a little lower pitched and slower :p

    Thanks for that. It’s next Tuesday morning that I arrive, i’m on the red eye 05.55 flight from Newcastle. Oh the joys of getting up at 4am 🙁

    I will have to have a better look, perhaps last time I was just unlucky. I have a 70-300mm lens so should be able to get some half decent shots…

    Is there more than one panorama terrace at Schipol? I had a look a few weeks ago and didn’t see anything exciting. I’m back over next week though and have some time to kill before my colleague arrives….I may take my slr along for the ride :p

    Does anybody know the frequencies for NCL?

    How come they got rid of the old viewing area anyway?

    My grandad used to take me loads when I was a kid and the airport seemed like 10 times bigger then. Now there is nowhere to go if you are not a passenger!
