1. In Germany actually the majority did integrate, in Belgium as well. We have muslims in our parliament (even in our christian-democratic party). France is a bit different.

There are also some 400,000 Greeks there. But Greeks got married to Germans and thus keep a small part of their identity. Greeks also got married to Belgians, Dutch and Austrians. The Muslims are not welcomed in Western Europe.

This is the result of French colonialism. They brought cheap labour from French-controlled African countries and put them in “special places”. But the French society seems it wasn’t prepared to accept them. With high unemployment, racial and religious decreminations I am afraid France will do the same the USA did in 1992: send troops not only in Paris but also in other cities of France and declare martial law.
