First pictures of Fokker 60 in Peruvian Navy colours !

For those who missed it elsewhere on this forum…

Last Tuesday the 18th of May the first of two (ex?)-Royal Netherlands Air Force Fokker 60s sold to the Peruvian Navy made her first testflight from Woensdrecht AFB in The Netherlands.

Fokker 60 MPA (ex?) U-01 is now fully painted in Peruvian Navy colours. 😎

“We are continuing to welcome GA visitors in July and September where the numbers justify our expenditure.

So: “Flying Legends” and the September show are not “off limits”, at least not yet…

Some people I know were a bit too busy working on “Orange Airport” the last few days to make such photos and videos themselves… 😀

The Lancaster is unserviceable; a fuel **** shut off valve is faulty and this controls the fuel sent to the engine. Currently, our engineers are attempting to resolve the issue – further updates will be posted.

and yes, PA474 was supposed to visit The Netherlands today, overflying Denmark tomorrow.
I think the BBMF-team isn’t in a very “chatty mood” now… 🙁

there was certainly a couple of dc-6’s, 3;s and an ATP at BHX yesterday

Regarding the DC-6s: both G-SIXC and G-APSA are now grounded at Coventry due to maintenance I believe? :confused:

It looks like Wings over Holland isn’t the owner, but Mr. van der Flier (PH-VDF) is.

Also “Scat VII” may be based at Antwerp Deurne Airport in the near future.
