First pictures of Fokker 60 in Peruvian Navy colours !
For those who missed it elsewhere on this forum…
Last Tuesday the 18th of May the first of two (ex?)-Royal Netherlands Air Force Fokker 60s sold to the Peruvian Navy made her first testflight from Woensdrecht AFB in The Netherlands.
Fokker 60 MPA (ex?) U-01 is now fully painted in Peruvian Navy colours. 😎

No “out of period aircraft” in the background of your pictures this May Airshow… 😉
Okay, not many “rarities” on the link below, but perhaps still of interest:
http://www.agplane.nl/manuals/index.html
The freely downloadable manuals look good on screen, and perhaps on paper as well!
Probably no need really to go to the “webshop” elsewhere on that website… :p
And the aviation fair is tomorrow… 😉
“We are continuing to welcome GA visitors in July and September where the numbers justify our expenditure.
So: “Flying Legends” and the September show are not “off limits”, at least not yet…
Thanks for all pictures and movies Peter!
Some people I know were a bit too busy working on “Orange Airport” the last few days to make such photos and videos themselves… 😀
So this is much appreciated!

Lancaster Update
Back to news article listThe Lancaster is unserviceable; a fuel **** shut off valve is faulty and this controls the fuel sent to the engine. Currently, our engineers are attempting to resolve the issue – further updates will be posted.

and yes, PA474 was supposed to visit The Netherlands today, overflying Denmark tomorrow.
I think the BBMF-team isn’t in a very “chatty mood” now… 🙁
Hello Daniel,
Question: has the Hkp4 / KV-107 /CH-46 finally been retired from Swedish military service, or are there still some examples operational?
there was certainly a couple of dc-6’s, 3;s and an ATP at BHX yesterday
Regarding the DC-6s: both G-SIXC and G-APSA are now grounded at Coventry due to maintenance I believe?
Obviously a photo shop creation.
Then you haven’t seen too many pictures made at this spot along the “Polderbaan” at Amsterdam Airport! :diablo:
Indeed it is “forced perspective from the lens”…

One very important immediate point: AA have stressed that this Sunday’s event is still very much on, though obviously with no flying.

It looks like Wings over Holland isn’t the owner, but Mr. van der Flier (PH-VDF) is.
Also “Scat VII” may be based at Antwerp Deurne Airport in the near future.
