J10 and LCA has diff roles.
all i was saying LCA can prove much better in BVR with AESA. does AESA interrups in the stealthiness when compared to MMR ?
and its only BVR we’r gonna use the LCA for, sometimes as WVR but unlikely it’ll be in a WVR scenario in enemy field.

yeah comet thats true. what i meant is whatever u guys think india and in normal literate ones have a soft corner for russians, when it comes to sanskrit words that matches with russian language and stuffs …. things like these jeopardise things which a layman dont think the way you put.

MMR sucks frankly speaking :(.it’ll be the sole weak point of LCA, the mmr radar.
but say naval LCA which radar will come then? they cant afford to put 100 km range radar on a naval lca..

Meanwhile if india wants the MRCA i’d be on for the Rafale + Mig 35 [pls no f16/f18 — i’d be really disappointed] with AESA and later put tht AESA on LCA and Naval LCA.even tha french AESA wud be there if they allows us to put it in diff fighter… 🙂

It amazes me sometimes by seeing the amount of training IAF gets yet we dont have a competitive aircraft industry, i stay near the Kalaikunda Airforce base which dont have any sukhois i think….but every 2 days i see sounds of planes moving through the skies.It needs some mindsets like me to manage the indian industry :dev2: , unfortunately again we rely heavily on official degrees rather than on unofficial creativity.

But i just hope we’ll see some progress before 2010 , and i just hope we are doing it with Russia as i absolutely respect the Russian aviation industry.fans anyone? 😀
